Khalid Al-Rasheedi had got his bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from Kuwait University in 1997, then he joined Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) in the same year. He has considerable experience with Artificial lift business but mostly with Electrical submersible pumping systems (ESP) at which he spent most of his career on. He was involved in many projects and studies in KOC regarding conventional and non-conventional ESP technologies. He participated in many technical meetings and conferences in Kuwait and outside Kuwait and he presented technical papers and case studies. He has sound experience in drafting, evaluating, awarding and administrating of ESP lease agreements. He has direct involvement with the development of the technical skills of the Artificial Lift staff through competency base training by identifying the gaps of individuals and then decide the needed training plan. He is currently working as TPL specialist in Artificial Lift team in KOC.
