  • Lanyards (neck ribbons) are a comfortable way of wearing name badges. The logo will be included in the lanyard. It is high value branding, as it is worn by entire delegates, speakers and organisers. Production costs will be covered by the sponsor, subject to approval by the Executive Committee

CONGRESS APP SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor

  • The congress App will highlight the sponsor of the App. The App will have the entire agenda of the program. The sponsor will have delecated section in the APP to upload their contents.

REGISTRATION AREA BRANDING SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor

  • This will give the Sponsor an opportunity to brand the registration area, thus increasing visibility for their brand. Production cost to be borne by the Sponsor.

COFFEE STATION BRANDING SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor each day

  • Company’s logo will be placed within the coffee area, lounge and all the stations will be branded with the company’s logo. Sponsorship will be announced through posters at coffee break tables. Opportunity for Sponsors to place material with information about their company around the coffee break area.

MOBILE DEVICE CHARGING STATION SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor

  • The charging station will provide a quick charge for tablets and mobile phones while guaranteeing they will not be overcharged, so that all devices are always ready for use. It may be located at the Sponsor’s stand, in the internet area or in the common areas of the Congress.

INFORMATION DESK SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor

  • Kiosks in which the participants can consult all the information about the Congress. The sponsor’s logo will be affixed to the kiosk.

E-MAIL CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor

  • Each participant receives a confirmation by email after registering. The sponsor’s banner will be incorporated in the confirmation email. The banner will be provided by the sponsor, within the dimensions indicated by the organization.

PROMOTIONAL E-MAIL SPONSOR

  • Opportunity to promote your company and its participation in the event (Symposium, Stand, etc.) in a mailer to the people who have preregistered for the congress.

INDUSTRY WELCOME DESK SPONSOR

  • Industry welcome desks will be located in the registration area of the congress centre. Industry welcome desks enable sponsors to handle the registration and other corporate relation needs of their invited delegates.

  • Companies have the opportunity to insert information on products or symposia or give-aways into the congress bags (Max A4 size flyer. production costs to be covered by the sponsor)

BARCODE READERS SPONSOR

Note: MEALF will have one (1) Sponsor 

  • This is a tool for controlling access to the halls and stands in the Commercial Exhibition area. Once the congress is over, a list of the attendees who were scanned, including times and days, will be sent to the Sponsor
