The Rod Pumping Technical Lead is accountable for RP entire RP field operation (~1900 BP and 1600 PCP that represent ~50% of the total south production).

The rod pumping Technical Lead is responsible about setting the RP strategy, KPI’s and OSORP technical business plan.

RP contracting lead is the direct team lead for +8 Subordinate and he/she is fully responsible about Staff ADP’s, career planning notes, staff reviews, and staff appraisals.

Set & Deliver the RP Technical KPI’s  CFDH-FP for rod pumping (develop procedures, guidelines, specifications, audits)

Interface management with many key stakeholders  (Subsurface assets, operation, Well engineering,…)

Artificial lift performance improvement plan (improve run life, reduce frequent failures...etc)

R&D (new materials, new technologies)

Implement LEAN process to improve the RP system management

Complete the ADP’s, and career planning for all subordinate

Identify the CBD gap for the subordinate and prepare the plan to bridge these gaps.
